Our villa has three floors of which the top two floors have over 3500 sq ft of living space and are for rent.   The villa has 4 bedrooms and three baths, a sitting room off the bedrooms, a huge living room and  dining room combination and a large family room right off the custom made kitchen. Three of the bedrooms and sitting room are on the first floor. The forth bedroom/study and bathroom are located on the ground floor along with the living room and kitchen areas. It is located perfectly for guests who cannot negotiate steps easily. 

The décor of this villa is absolutely outstanding. There are beautiful marble floors with inlayed copper designs throughout the living areas, wood floors in all bedrooms upstairs,   two marble luxury bathrooms, one custom tiled walk in shower room for guests who cannot negotiate bathtubs!

MASTER SUITE

Huge windows and sliding glass doors  to private porticos  facilitate a view of the Aegean from most bedrooms and sitting room upstairs. A gracious large covered veranda off the living room provides the al fresco dining and entertaining capability all of our guests enjoy.  A huge covered  BBQ area next to the rose garden, is a favorite spot for BBQing and entertaining year round. The large Gourmet kitchen, has an oversize side by side refrigerator and outside water and icemaker, dishwasher, double sinks, ceramic stove top, convection oven and plenty of cutlery and dishware.  

The Family room is the favorite relaxing area, in the winter time enjoying the wood burning  fireplace right at the corner and the summer time with the constant breeze from the portico facing west. The family room is separated from the kitchen area by a bar which is always stocked with a great selection of Greek wines and liquor. It is furnished with two comfortable leather couches, perfect for enjoying that  glass of wine while watching others cook!

The Family room opens up to the formal dining room  through large French doors! The dinning room with its antique wooden dining room table, chairs  and hutch, has a huge expanse of  windows overlooking the Aegean. It opens to the huge living room with 180 degree views and a private arched veranda overlooking the Aegean, two story ceilings, a 52 in flat TV and stereo system.
